  Overpriced to begin with, for food that was not that great. Buffet price not even advertised. Convenient signs to remind you not to waste your sub par meal because of the cost for them to ship food in to their mountain location, making the experience even more awkward as you're feeling obligated to choke down your food. Soda tasted like carbonated water. Service was bare bones, even though we were the only group in there. Never truly felt comfortable being there; just wanted to get out asap. This place was beyond the realm of weirdness that I can handle....avoid if possible!

  My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. The service was great. The staff are wonderful and friendly people. The breakfast bar was good and it was reasonably priced. The restaurant was veey clean. We will definitely go back here when we visit Cherokee again.

  To start with, it took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were standing there, even though they were not busy. The buffet price wasn't listed on the menu. Our waitress was not very friendly when my wife asked for her Sprite to be replaced with lemonade because it was pure carbonated water.
  
  On to the food. The only item on the buffet that was decent was the roast beef, which was hand cut by a nice man. The rest of the items on the hot bar were cold and had been sitting out too long. The salad bar items were warm.
  
  When we went to pay, the lady taking our payment asked how was our meal. When we told her it sucked, she became rude. I almost fell over when she charged us $15+ for each of us. I should have read the reviews first....
